Scaly Critters

Since I was a young girl I have been fascinated with reptiles. My mom wasn’t always a big fan but over the years it’s become a shared love (she still has one of my pythons from when I was in high school, and until recently she had a very manly iguana). My parents let me get my first snake when I was 15 years old. That snake ended up living with Chris and I in our first apartment in Augusta, Georgia.
From Louisiana, to Georgia, to Illinois, I have somehow become friends and acquaintances go to person for their sick reptiles and I don't mind at all. I’ve managed to help many people over the years. Keeping a reptile takes a huge commitment and if your not ready for that the reptile suffers. I no longer keep snakes but I do have two bearded dragons in the house. Below are a few of the critters I have helped over the years, a few I babysit from time to time and of course my two goofy bearded dragons (Tinkerbelle and Mushu).

My mom's iguana.

My girl Tinkerbelle (the friend who babysits when I am out of town calls her the scaly princess...I guess she is a little spoiled.)

This is the boy Mushu, he all boy and has a bit of an attitude.
