The Bond of Puppy Brothers

I first met these two pups when they came into Wish Bone Canine Rescue from a high-kill shelter. I fell in love with their ears and little markings. I was lucky enough to be at the WBCR event when they were adopted by their new family. Zeke and Diesel's new parents and I talked and we set up a date for a session.
When they arrived, I couldn't get over how much these two had grown in only about 4-6 weeks! Zeke and Diesel are so smart and so sweet. Diesel is more of the class clown type. He is the attention hound, posing for the camera and just all around curious. Zeke is more mellow and wary of new things but super sweet. He wasn't as excited about being out on an adventure as his brother. No matter long as they had each other nearby, they were happy.
I am so happy these two found their wonderful and loving family together. You can tell they are happy and are truly loved and cared for. It meant a lot to me to get a chance to photograph not only one but two former WBCR pups. Working with WBCR I meet a lot of dogs and puppies and it always amazing to see the transformation they make once they have a second chance at a loving home.
